Our rates are as follows:

Autumn,  Winter & Spring:

1st September- 30th April €200/$per night

or if staying 7 days or more €1,200/$per week

Summer:

1st May – 31st August: €250/$per night

or if staying 7 days or more €1,500/$per week

These rates apply for up to 4 people. Each extra person is charged €25/$ per night

So in winter 6 People would be €250/$ per night.

8 People would be €300/$ per night.

We have A minimum stay of 3 nights though we will accept 2 nights charged at 2.5 nights.

We normally take approximately a 25% security deposit to confirm a booking.
The payment is made through Paypal (using your visa/mastercard) or bank transfer.
This is fully refundable up to 60 days before travel. It is also refundable if a replacement booking is found.
The booking fee also functions as a security deposit & will be refunded within 7 days of your departure from the apartment.
We normally take the full amount in cash on arrival, though are flexible about this.
